What is Single Sign-On?
If your website already has a way for visitors to login with their own username and passwords you can pass this information to Envolve so that they are automatically logged into chat with their own name. This can be done easily through our plugin or through any of our API Client Libraries.
What kind of support is included?
The free plan doesn’t include support – just the documentation provided on this site. All other paid plans come with email support – if you have a problem drop us an email and we’ll start investigating it straightaway. Enterprise plans come with priority telephone support. Give us a call and we’ll talk you through the problem.
How Can I Pay?
We accept Visa, Master Cards, American Express and Discover. Sorry we do not accept PayPal or Cheques. All prices are listed in US dollars.
What is White Label?
White Label means that there will be no Envolve branding or ‘powered by Envolve’ links inserted into the interface. This is available in our Premium and Enterprise plans.
What is “Simultaneous Chatters”?
Our Free, Pro and Premium packages are limited by the total number of people who can be online with Envolve at any one time. Once this number is reached additional visitors will be shown a small “site full” indicator in in the lower right corner and will not be able to chat. Our enterprise packages are not limited by this restriction.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my Plan?
Yes, you can do this at anytime.click on the “subscription” tab in your admin backend. If you upgrade we will prorate your account with the days remaining in that month.
